The byHunterminx online store currently delivers within Australia and New Zealand using Australia Post. We also offer click and collect from our stores and complimentary local delivery.
COVID 19 IMPACTS on AUS POST - Ongoing challenges presented by the pandemic mean there are delivery delays due to:
- reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights
- a significant increase in parcels volumes
- hygiene and social distancing requirements in our network
Australia-wide Free Standard Shipping for purchases over $100
Orders are shipped within 1 business day of purchase. Delivery will be made within 2 - 6 working days depending on destination points. Please note that some areas in far north Queensland and Western Australia can take longer. Orders are tracked but deliveries won’t need a signature - If nobody’s home, Aus Post will leave this parcel at the address – as long as there’s somewhere safe. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their provided address is suitable for secure delivery eg - secured mailbox or safe location provided. Orders can be tracked through the your Order Confirmation Page, which can be accessed via your Order Confirmation Email. Please check your Junk Email if you cannot locate this email in you Inbox.

Please note we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. Orders can be tracked through the your Order Confirmation Page, which can be accessed via your Order Confirmation Email. Pick up in store: You can pick up from our Mount Eliza based stores Hunter and Minx and Pollen by hunterminx in Mount Eliza, Victoria. We will contact you once purchase has been completed to arrange for a collection time that suits you.
Free local delivery to your door:
We offer complimentary local delivery to your door to the following postcodes: 3930, 3199, 3198, 3200, 3197, 3201, 3931 - Mt Eliza, Mornington, Frankston South, Frankston, Frankston North, Seaford, Carrum, and Carrum Downs. We will contact you once purchase has been completed to arrange a delivery time (usually within a day) and determine any delivery instructions.
New Zealand flat-rate: $20
Items will be sent to your zone by Australia Post Standard Shipping. Please state your daytime delivery address and make sure someone will be able to sign for the package. Please note we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
