CURRENCY AND PAYMENT
All prices shown on the online store are in Australian dollars (AUD). All payments are billed in AUD. Currency conversions are set by your bank and any charges further to this will be made by your bank. All prices are inclusive of GST for Australian customers.
Hunter and Minx offers the following payment options: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and MasterCard Debit. The charges for any transactions made on this site are only debited from your card once the Checkout process is complete.
All pages that require you to enter your personal information or payment details on our site are secure, using SSL encryption. By Hunterminx's shopping cart is powered by Shopify, and as such, is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends to all online stores powered by Shopify. We utilise ANZ’s Secure Gateway by CyberSource® as our payment gateway service provider.
STOCK POLICY
Due to our operating two retail spaces in addition to the byhunterminx online store, we cannot always guarantee that the size or item you ordered is available. Sometimes, we may experience a time lapse between sales in store and the online inventory being updated. If we are unable to fulfil your order due to the item being unavailable, we will notify you of the order’s cancellation and you will be refunded in full.
